Production Manager

Do you have experience working in small-medium scale production, preferably electronics manufacturing? Then helping to establish first production capacities at Neomium could be an interesting challenge for you.

Neomium GmbH was founded in 2022 and is working on sustainable electric powertrain components and a novel efficient cargo drone concept, supported by the Deutsche Bundesstiftung für Umwelt and the Bavarian Ministry of Economy.

Your focus in the beginning will be on producing and assembling components and documentation of the processes. Subsequently, the main task will be to scale the manufacturing and assembly lines while Neomium grows.

Your Tasks                                                               

• Production of electronic components and assemblies
• Documentation of the processes into work instructions
• Contributing your experience to optimize processes and revise parts for easier production in cooperation with our engineers
• Scaling the operations

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Several years of working experience in (electronic) production facilities
• Advanced and diverse craftsmanship – e.g. soldering, drilling, filing, etc
• Interest in taking responsibility and scaling operations
• Fluent proficiency in either English or German

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous contact to 3D printing, CNC machining and laser cutting
• Previous work experience with power electronics

The work will be carried out in our HQ. Its production spaces located between Munich and Rosenheim – in Feldkirchen-Westerham. The company is located close to the alps and accessible by public transport.
