  1. Right to Return<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    As a consumer, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.<\/p>

    The return period begins on the day you, or a designated third party (not the carrier), receive the last item of your order.<\/p>

    To initiate a return, please inform us (Neomium GmbH, Email: info@neomium.eu, Phone: +49 8063 2569772) by providing a clear statement (e.g., an email or a letter sent by post). You may use the attached sample return form, but this is not mandatory.<\/p>

    To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the 14-day period expires.<\/p>

    1. Refund Process<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

      If you return an item, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you selected a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery). Refunds will be processed promptly, no later than 14 days after we receive your return request.<\/p>

      Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.<\/p>

      We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof that you have returned them, whichever comes first.<\/p>

      1. Returning the Goods<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

        You must send the goods back within 14 days of informing us about the return. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period expires.<\/p>

        If you use the return label provided by us, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping costs.<\/p>

        You are only liable for any loss in value if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.<\/p>

        1. Exclusions from Returns<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

          Returns are not accepted for sealed audio\/video recordings or computer software if the seal has been broken after delivery.<\/p>
