1. Right to Return

As a consumer, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

The return period begins on the day you, or a designated third party (not the carrier), receive the last item of your order.

To initiate a return, please inform us (Neomium GmbH, Email: info@neomium.eu, Phone: +49 8063 2569772) by providing a clear statement (e.g., an email or a letter sent by post). You may use the attached sample return form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the 14-day period expires.

2. Refund Process

If you return an item, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you selected a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery). Refunds will be processed promptly, no later than 14 days after we receive your return request.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof that you have returned them, whichever comes first.

3. Returning the Goods

You must send the goods back within 14 days of informing us about the return. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period expires.

If you use the return label provided by us, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

You are only liable for any loss in value if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

4. Exclusions from Returns

Returns are not accepted for sealed audio/video recordings or computer software if the seal has been broken after delivery.

Return Guidelines

• Please do not return goods with unpaid postage.
• We will reimburse return shipping costs in advance upon request, provided they are not your responsibility.
• Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods.
• If possible, return items in their original packaging with all accessories. If the original packaging is unavailable, use suitable packaging to prevent transport damage and potential compensation claims.
