The XENON The Central Controller is the central control and communication platform for electric drive systems. It connects the battery and BMS, motor controllers, controls, cockpit app, sensors, and actuators into one integrated system. Versatile interfaces such as CAN, Single-Pair Ethernet, Wi-Fi, UART, and analog and digital inputs and outputs enable flexible adaptation to a wide range of applications.

Together with the customer, Neomium defines the functions and pin assignments of the XENON controller individually. Inputs and outputs are specifically assigned to the relevant sensors, controls, and actuators. Signal processing, switching logic, control sequences, and communication are also configured to suit the application. This ensures that the controller performs precisely the control tasks required by the respective mobile system.

This includes, for example, connecting additional sensors, controlling DC actuators, and precisely controlling stepper and spindle motors with stall detection. An integrable IMU and an optional 12 V auxiliary power supply further extend the range of functions. The controller thus provides an application-specific, configurable platform for monitoring, diagnostics, operation, and automation of the entire drive system.
